Reps je zápisník silového tréningu. Zapíšeš, čo si odcvičil; appka to uloží, ukáže ti históriu a spočíta z nej jednoduché štatistiky.Reps is a strength training log. You record what you lift; the app stores it, shows you your history and calculates simple statistics from it.

Nie je to zdravotnícka pomôcka ani lekárska či trénerská rada. Návrhy váhy, odhad jednorazového maxima a detekcia stagnácie sú aritmetika s číslami, ktoré si zadal. Nevedia nič o tvojom zdraví, zraneniach ani technike.It is not a medical device and not medical or coaching advice. Weight suggestions, one-repetition-maximum estimates and stagnation detection are arithmetic applied to numbers you entered. They know nothing about your health, your injuries or your technique.

Tréning so záťažou so sebou nesie riziko zranenia. Čo zdvihneš, rozhoduješ ty. Ak máš zdravotný problém, si tehotná, zotavuješ sa zo zranenia alebo si nie si istý, či je cvik pre teba bezpečný, poraď sa s lekárom alebo kvalifikovaným trénerom skôr, než sa budeš riadiť čímkoľvek, čo appka ukáže. Používaš ju na vlastné riziko.Training with weights carries a risk of injury. You decide what you lift. If you have a health condition, are pregnant, are recovering from an injury or are unsure whether an exercise is safe for you, consult a doctor or a qualified trainer before following anything this app shows you. You use it at your own risk.

Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.

Zapisovanie tréningov, stĺpec s predchádzajúcim výkonom a import histórie z inej appky sú zadarmo, natrvalo.Recording workouts, the previous-performance column and importing your history from another app are free, permanently.

Bezplatná verzia je obmedzená na dva plány a zobrazuje posledných 30 dní histórie. Reps Pro obe obmedzenia ruší a pridáva grafy progresu a odhad 1RM, návrhy váhy, detekciu stagnácie, miery tela a export dát.The free plan is limited to two routines and shows the last 30 days of history. Reps Pro removes both limits and adds progress charts and the 1RM estimate, weight suggestions, stagnation detection, body measurements and data export.

Tieto limity ti nikdy nezmažú ani nezadržia dáta. Staršie tréningy zostávajú tvoje a zostávajú v účte; bezplatná verzia ich len nezobrazuje. • Predplatné sa obnovuje automaticky, pokiaľ ho nezrušíš aspoň 24 hodín pred koncom prebiehajúceho obdobia.The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Spravovať alebo zrušiť ho môžeš v nastaveniach svojho účtu v App Store alebo Google Play. Zmazanie appky predplatné nezruší.Manage or cancel it in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
• Jednorazový nákup navždy nie je predplatné a neobnovuje sa.The one-time lifetime purchase is not a subscription and does not renew.

Vrátenie peňazí riešia Apple a Google podľa vlastných pravidiel; sami ho vykonať nevieme. Ceny sa môžu zmeniť, nikdy však za obdobie, ktoré máš už zaplatené, a o zmene ti povieme vopred.Refunds are handled by Apple and Google under their own rules; we cannot issue them ourselves. Prices may change, but never for a period you have already paid for, and we will tell you before a change takes effect.

A coach can never modify a workout you have already completed, and can do nothing without your explicit approval. You can revoke the connection at any time and their access ends immediately.

Ak vystupuješ ako tréner, za rady, ktoré dávaš klientom, zodpovedáš ty. My nie sme stranou toho vzťahu.If you act as a coach, you are responsible for the advice you give your clients. We are not a party to that relationship.

Nepoškodzuj appku a nepoužívaj ju na škodu iných: žiadne spätné inžinierstvo nad rámec toho, čo dovoľuje zákon, žiadne automatizované sťahovanie z našich systémov, žiadne pokusy dostať sa k cudzím údajom, žiadny ďalší predaj prístupu a žiadny nezákonný obsah. Účet, ktorý toto robí, môžeme pozastaviť alebo zrušiť.Do not break the app or use it to harm others: no reverse engineering beyond what the law allows, no automated scraping of our systems, no attempts to reach data that is not yours, no reselling access, and no unlawful content. We may suspend or close an account that does these things.

Dávaš nám súhlas ich uchovávať a spracúvať výlučne preto, aby sme ti službu mohli poskytovať, tak ako to opisujú zásady ochrany údajov.Your training data is yours and you keep all rights to it. You give us permission to store and process it solely in order to run the service for you, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Robíme, čo vieme, aby služba bežala, ale nesľubujeme nepretržitú ani bezchybnú prevádzku. Funkcie môžeme meniť alebo ukončiť. Nič v týchto podmienkach neobmedzuje zodpovednosť, ktorú obmedziť nemožno, ani tvoje práva spotrebiteľa.To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost profit, or injury sustained while training. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, nor your statutory rights as a consumer.

Skončiť môžeš kedykoľvek zrušením účtu priamo v appke, Profil → Zrušiť účet. Je to nenávratné.You may stop at any time by deleting your account in the app, Profile → Delete account. It is permanent.

Ak máš aktívne predplatné, zruš ho osobitne v App Store alebo Google Play. Zrušenie účtu ho nezruší.If you have an active subscription, cancel it separately in the App Store or Google Play. Deleting your account does not cancel it.

Tieto podmienky sa riadia právom Slovenskej republiky. Ako spotrebiteľovi ti zostáva ochrana kogentných predpisov krajiny, v ktorej žiješ, a spor môžeš priniesť pred tamojšie súdy.These terms are governed by the law of the Slovak Republic. As a consumer you keep the protection of the mandatory rules of the country where you live, and you may bring a dispute before the courts there.
